Our Policy

Cancellation / Refund Policy:
We require 24 hrs notice for a refund. There is automatically a $10 surcharge.
For trips to be postponed for a later time or date, we require 12 hrs notice.
Tickets are limited as endorsed and are non-transferable.  The unauthorized resale of Rider Express Transportation tickets is strictly prohibited and violators will be prosecuted.
No reservations are accepted unless expressly stated otherwise.
Tickets are valid ONLY for the scheduled date and time that was purchased.
Rider Express is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.
Tickets are refundable within 24 hours notice or can be rescheduled with 12 hours notice.
Please be at the location 30 minutes prior to departure time. Boarding starts 15 minutes prior to departure.
Rider Express is not responsible for your late arrival. Late tickets will be null and void.

On Board Policy:
On Board Restrictions is everyone’s safety and comfort, Rider Express Transportation asks that customers please follow certain restrictions while on board:
Federal law does not permit smoking on any Rider Express Transportation buses.
For your safety and the safety of those around you, passengers should remain seated while the bus is in motion.
No dogs, cats, birds, or other animals will be transported.
However, a service dog, trained for the purpose of accompanying a disabled person, will be permitted to travel with the disabled person at no additional charge,(proper paperwork is required)
Government photo ID is required at the time of check in.
For WHEEL-CHAIR ACCESSIBLE BUS, please CALL US 3 DAYS AHEAD too book your ticket.

ATTENTION: Passengers without proper documents will not be permitted to board the bus. Transportation will not be provided back to the terminal of trip origin.
